Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  • Service Cancellation: Since MAU Direct Services LLC provides comparison and consultation services at no direct cost to the user (compensated by providers), you may stop using our services at any time without penalty.

  • Policy Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an active insurance policy purchased through our referral, you must contact the insurance carrier directly. Each carrier has its own cancellation procedures, notice periods, and potential fees.

Refunds

  • Premium Refunds: MAU Direct Services LLC does not collect insurance premiums directly. All payments are made to the insurance carrier. Therefore, any requests for refunds of unearned premiums must be directed to the insurance company that issued your policy.

  • Cooling-Off Period: Most insurance products include a “cooling-off” period (typically 14–30 days depending on the type of insurance and local law). If you cancel within this window, you may be entitled to a full refund from the carrier, provided no claims have been made.

     
  • Our Assistance: While we do not issue refunds ourselves, our team is happy to help guide you through the process of contacting your carrier to initiate a cancellation or refund request.
